A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with working hours between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
As our Experienced Customer Service Rep - CSR, you play a vital role in our daily operations. You're responsible for answering incoming calls, entering call slips accurately into our system, and sending follow-up emails to customers. THE EXPERTISE THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5 years of customer service experience
