Electromechanical Technician

Description

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electromechanical systems and equipment that support our production processes. Your expertise will ensure that all machinery operates efficiently, minimizing downtime, and contributing to the overall productivity of our facility.

 Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in the production facility.

 Inspect, maintain, and repair automated machinery, conveyors, CNC equipment, and other production-related devices.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems.

 Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams to diagnose problems and make repairs.

 Respond to emergency breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.

 Work with the maintenance team to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.

 Experience as an electromechanical technician, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.

 Proficient in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

 Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
