Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Preferably familiar with Weather Shield parts and processes.
- Keen eye for detail to spot defects in parts.
- Knowledge of paint equipment and supplies is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Independent workers will excel in this role.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is essential.
Responsibilities include: feeding parts into the paint machine, removing finished parts, hand sanding, packaging items for shipment, and various other paint preparation tasks **Note:** Expect the possibility of additional duties within your role as needed.
Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour based on experience, with an attractive shift differential for second shift employees.
Training on first shift in Medford and Park Falls will be required for this position.
