What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage crews to ensure efficient and high-quality roofing installations
- Work closely with the Superintendent to plan and execute roofing projects
- Participate in the installation of commercial flat roofing systems, including EPDM, PVC, and TPO,
- Troubleshoot challenges that arise during installations and find effective solutions
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader in commercial roofing
- Proficiency in flat roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, and TPO,)
- A strong desire to lead, problem-solve, and deliver top-quality results
- Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license (must be 21 to operate company vehicles)
