We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our roofing crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the fabrication and installation of roofing-related trim, ensuring projects are completed to specification and in compliance with safety standards.
THE ROLE:
- Fabricate and install all roofing-related trim
- Install standing seam roofs with precision and care.
- Fabricate and install soffit and gutter systems.
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety protocols.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience supervising a small crew of 3-5 employees.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as this job is year-round.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
