Duties & Accountabilities

Graphic Design :

Work with the Marketing and leadership team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company

Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams in providing suggestions and feedback on improving the branding and design for each brand

Produce graphic art and visual materials for sales brochures, collateral materials, flyers, signage, newsletters, etc.

Own the creative brief process. Manage creative projects across the company to ensure deadlines are met and expected deliverables are achieved

Organize and maintain graphic and photo libraries

Social Media :

Design and implement social media content across the company portfolio that aligns with each brand and overarching business goals

Assist in the development of social media ad strategy and campaigns for our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

Stay up-to-date on social strategies and trends

Plan and manage social media calendar

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Technical degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field

2-4 years’ experience

Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and / or other design tools

Knowledge using Hootsuite or similar to manage and optimize social channels

Ability to effectively multitask and work concurrently on a variety of projects

Enjoys creative thinking

Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and copywriting

Must be a highly motivated, self-starter

Work well independently, as well as in a group setting
