Job Summary:
We are seeking a medical professional to fill a locum tenens opportunity.
This role involves providing healthcare services on a part-time basis, with a focus on women's health and delivering babies. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to patients in a clinic setting, as well as delivering babies via vaginal delivery or C-section. They will also be required to handle occasional high-risk deliveries.
In terms of administrative tasks, the candidate will need to manage their own time entries and assignment details through our online portal. Additionally, they will be required to maintain a record of patient care and communicate effectively with our team.
The compensation package is competitive, and we offer paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Our team provides 24-hour access to support, ensuring that you have everything you need to excel in your role.
Credentials and Requirements:
- BC License
- ACLS Certification
- DEA Registration
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Variable shifts, including weekends and call rotations
