- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Nights, No call, 12-hour shifts
- ACLS and BLS required
- Average of 8 hospital patients per mid-level per day
- Arterial lines and central lines required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
