- Breast surgery need & provider must have extensive breast surgery experience
- 1 call per day during 24 hr call
- Must have case logs for 100 breast cases in the past 24 months
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
