- 4 - 6 patient per day, 55 yrs & older
- Performs an initial comprehensive history and physical assessment on new enrollees etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
