- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days
- ACLS needed and full time coverage preferred but will consider a minimum of 2 weeks
- 10 - 14 patients per day, 100% outpatient
- Dressing changes/wound care
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
