- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Call, Weekend call
- Ideally looking for a full time coverage but will consider 2 or more weeks per month
- 20 - 30 patient per week in clinic, 10 - 15 scheduled surgeries per month
- General ortho with fellowship training in sports would be a bonus
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
