This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term sourcing strategies for Human Resources Categories and sub-categories, enhancing value, negotiating contracts and agreements for required Goods and Services across multiple locations to reduce total cost of ownership, cycle time, and improve quality.
The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing principles and techniques, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. They will also have excellent skills to identify sourcing opportunities, perform spend analysis, and develop RFX documents, and strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Responsibilities will include maintaining service quality as an immediate priority, continually seeking areas for improvement, collaborating closely with stakeholders and establishing subject matter expert teams to drive change, defining and implementing global technical, commercial, and contractual standards, and performing spend analysis, developing sourcing plans, conducting risk analysis, establishing process methodologies, preparing and participating in bid events, qualifying, approving, and negotiating contracts.
