Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Company's policies, laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values
- Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job planning, and equipment maintenance
- Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions
- Perform job execution, data entry, and client invoicing within acceptable timeframes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site
- Contribute to equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis reports
- Oversee, lead, and mentor Field Operation crew members (for intermediate and senior roles)
- Perform engineering checks, calculations, and computations on client locations (for intermediate and senior roles)
- Manage the installation of complex equipment and services in the field (for senior roles)
