The Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of production activities on ship floor by creating, monitoring, and adjusting the production schedule in line with demand and capacity constraints.

Date manage new orders as per procedureRevise pick date, ship date and ship date as per production meetingsRaise work order, communicate with production / workshop / buyers / machine shop to ensure all necessary work is completedIdentify key list of orders and chase up with buyers and planners on these dailyCommunicate with vendors for key purchase order items as wellAny other tasks requested by the planning supervisor / manager or the manufacturing managerCOMMUNICATION

REQUIRED
7-10 years planning / scheduling experience in an MRP-driven manufacturing environment to be considered for the position.College degree in business or technical discipline preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
Strong organization and time-management skills.Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Good understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), shop floor, work order, and routings.Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all departments to ensure positive results.Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
