Responsibilities
- Oversee Well Abandonment and Intervention operations and services both onshore and offshore
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of work practices, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Make well site decisions pertaining to downhole operations and overall project management
- Extensive knowledge of Well Abandonment & Intervention equipment and services
- Broad knowledge of well abandonment and intervention products and services, including cementing, slick-line, casing cutting and pulling, fishing operations, milling operations, and setting of CIBPs
- Excellent supervisory, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and perform advanced tasks without supervision
- Previous offshore rig experience
- Well Control Certification and completion of specialized training courses
- Experience in problem-solving and working in close quarters with others
- Familiarity with technical formulas and procedures related to well operations
