Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our roofing, siding, and window solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside or direct sales, preferably within the home services industry.
- Strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our services.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
