What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Call Center and Scheduling Coordinator position at Weathervane Home Services?
Weathervane Home Services is looking for an energetic, outgoing person who can help us keep our calendar busy for our field staff by engaging with prospective customers via phone, email, and text communication. You will gather necessary information from customers, ensure they're eligible for the services we provide, schedule them for appointments. This job requires excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to learn on the fly, manage difficult conversations (it’s still customer service!), computer literacy, and the ability to multi-task comfortably. If you speak a second language that is a plus! You will have daily targets to reach around call volume.

Essential Functions:
1. Answer incoming calls/texts/emails and make outgoing calls/texts/emails
2. Gather and/or confirm information from customers
3. Book Home Energy Audit appointments
4. Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently
5. Other assigned duties as directed by Management

Compensation and Benefits
1. $19-$24 per hour, based on experience
