What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Operations & Analytics Intern position at Weave?
Help the Marketing Operations and Analytics team in their mission to make Weave Marketing more efficient while driving increased sales growth. This will be accomplished by doing analysis on specific channels and campaigns, developing dashboards and measuring test results.
- This position will be hybrid (remote/in office)
- Reports to: Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Analytics
What You Will Own
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance metrics.
- Support data integration projects between CRM, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website performance and tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing attribution and ROI analysis.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Strong analytical skills and some experience with coding languages
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with data visualization and analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, lead generation, website testing).
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What Will Make Us Love You
- Demonstrated experience in SQL, Python, or R.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
