Job Description :
The Field Clerk supports the daily administrative and operational activities at the concrete plant. They ensure accurate record-keeping, maintain communication between teams, and assist in inventory and documentation processes, contributing to efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize daily paperwork, including delivery tickets, invoices, and batch sheets.
- Input data into the company's inventory and production tracking systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including daily production summaries and inventory logs.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and plant operators to ensure timely deliveries and operations.
- Maintain accurate delivery schedules and logs.
- Assist in monitoring and ordering raw materials, such as cement, aggregates, and additives.
- Maintain records for safety inspections, maintenance logs, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry regulations, including environmental standards.
- Support the plant team with general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and answering calls.
- Assist with on-site inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Provide backup assistance to other plant personnel as needed.
