Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting field investigations, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Coordinating and executing projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
- Providing training and guidance to junior staff members
- Developing and maintaining technology leadership in groundwater impact assessment and environmental remediation
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Geological Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 2-15 years of experience as a geologist or similar type of environmental science
- Extensive written and oral communication skills, including proposal writing and technical report writing
- Experience with management of both private and public sector projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software
