Health and Safety Administrative Assistant
Weaver Consultant’s Group Health and Safety team is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Fort Worth, Texas office. This position offers a challenging opportunity for a safety professional along with a competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- The Health and Safety Administrative Assistant serves as a nationwide liaison to Weaver Companies' business units.
- This position is critical in ensuring that incident records, medical surveillance, and training records are generated and retained.
- This individual supports claims monitoring and management processes and often serves as a point of contact with our insurance partners.
- Written communication is crucial in this position, as the role often requires distributing company-wide communications.
- The Health and Safety Administrative Assistant reports to the Health and Safety Program Director and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Skill required to perform multiple tasks and be willing to enhance skillsets if changing job conditions are required.
- Must be able to prepare and maintain accurate records of various company Health and Safety records.
- Must perform essential math functions and generate effective written communication in prescribed formats.
- Other knowledge-based competencies include:
- business telephone etiquette;
- flexibility to work with others;
- data collection and interpretation;
- meeting deadlines;
- working as part of a team and;
- working with frequent interruptions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to other employees with diverse backgrounds.

- Exhibit a strong attention to detail and an ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Have completed sixty college or technical school hours at an accredited institution.
Work Remotely:
- Hybrid work option available at the discretion of the Health and Safety Manager.
Pay:
- Hourly Non-Exempt
