Site Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors and vendors that are “signed up” for the project
- Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meeting; notes and sign in sheet to be completed
- Implement safety program and ensure safety standards being met
- Responsible for jobsite cleanliness
- Hold subcontractors accountable
- Deep understanding of plans and client intentions
- Ability to read, understand, and implement drawings
- Responsible for identifying changes in scope as early as possible and reporting these changes in scope to the Project Manager so they can process a change order
- Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports
- Enforce job schedule in field
- Provide monthly schedule updates
- In charge of quality assurance / quality control of work
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience working on construction projects
- HS Diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications
- Availability for travel to client sites, this is a road warrior position
