Counter Sales

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Associate to join our team at Weaver Distributors. This role primarily involves assisting with counter sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of auto parts, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to assist our clients with their parts needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with identifying and selecting the correct auto parts for their vehicles.
• Handle counter sales, process transactions, and provide recommendations for replacement parts and solutions.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory, ensuring proper stocking and placement of parts.
• Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficient turnaround time.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking new auto parts as they arrive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and follow-up as needed.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the sales floor and parts counter are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

This position will be based in a fast-paced retail environment with exposure to a variety of commercial auto parts. The associate will be expected to assist customers at the counter, assist with inventory management, and work closely with warehouse and sales teams.

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am until 5 : 30 pm
