Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday or Thursday to Monday. Must be available to work weekends
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Sales Assistant to support our New Home Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn about the home-buying process.
- Open and prepare model homes for visitors.
- Greet prospective buyers and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Capture visitor information and set appointments for Sales Consultants.
- Conduct model home demonstrations and share key features with guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining sales materials and updating databases.
- Support the sales team with event coordination and community engagement.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
- Willingness to work weekends, when visitor traffic is highest.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge about the community and home features.
- Prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
