Description
Summary / Objective
This warehouse / manufacturing position is responsible for the general labor to perform operations as needed to satisfy customer order fulfillment. All aspects of this position require an individual who is safety conscious, has an enjoyable, outgoing attitude, and wants to excel in a warehouse / manufacturing environment.
Also, this position is responsible for enforcing and maintaining all policies and procedures. Further, this position will meet internal and external customer needs promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
- Encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, helping them develop insight into themselves or their relationships.
- Collect information about clients through interviews, observation, or tests.
- Fill out and maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, and progress notes.
- Transport clients to and from work
- Guide clients in developing skills or strategies for dealing with their problems.
- Perform crisis interventions with clients.
- Act as client advocates to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crises.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to pay significant attention to detail, be self-motivated, ability to function as a team member in a group environment and communicate with all levels of the department and organization.
- Accurately match numbers & letters
- Palletize the finished product.
- Data entry into computerized systems
- Meet all quality standards.
- General housekeeping
