Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Full Time Property and Casualty Insurance Team Member who understands the value of relationship with our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Utilize technology and systems to maximize workflow efficiency
- Provide customer service to clients such as:
- Process policy changes
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards
- Submit Claims
- Advise on coverage changes
- Quoting New Business & Renewals
- Personal & Commercial Lines Quoting
- Remarket renewals
- Provide support to Insurance Producers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2 Years of Office/Customer Service/Data Entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster team environment
- Capacity to interact with Commercial, Residential and Agricultural Clientele
