**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing contract renewals, and driving client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**
- Providing customers with a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization's services Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming appointments
- Formulating policies to ensure the organization is compliant with client requirements
- Addressing customer needs and concerns
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by successfully extracting relationship from SDR
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
- Handling client complaints, finding solutions to client issues, and managing other departments to foster a positive client-company relationship
- Send invoices according to contract terms
- Learn and manage multiple client billing/invoicing systems
- Schedule regular maintenance and ad hoc appointments to resolve customer issues
- As necessary, visit clients to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
- Create and execute e-marketing and surveying initiatives to determine client satisfaction
- Implements strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction through all phases of the customer lifecycle and that promote retention.
- Ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.
- Collects and responds to feedback with focused support for identified customer needs and challenges.
- Collaborates with sales, product development, and other customer-facing functions to deliver solutions and tools.
- Acts as the voice of the customer with internal teams to provide solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to ensure customer success.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Success is based on client retention, satisfaction and contract renewal.
