The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist marketing associates with project-specific tasks and initiatives.
- Develop and manage business-to-business communications across all divisions.
- Coordinate national promotional programs for the sales team.
- Collaborate with customer service to oversee company mailings, including catalogs and holiday cards.
- Plan and organize new product launches, ensuring all marketing materials, images, and social media assets are ready.
- Manage the new product process, ensuring all assets (e.g., photography, copy) are created and properly integrated across websites and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, partner websites).
- Conduct competitive research and share insights with the marketing team.
- Oversee digital asset management, including organizing content, coordinating photography, and collaborating with copywriters.
- Maintain and update partner websites in collaboration with the national sales team.
- Assist in analyzing sales data, customer trends, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and track deliverables.
- Support the social media team by gathering and creating content; serve as a backup for the Social Media Coordinator.
- Track and manage invoices and expenses to ensure alignment with the marketing budget.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work out of our Mt Hope, OH office.
