What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Accounting Assistant position at Weaver's Body Shop, Inc.?
Looking For
1. QuickBooks experience - This is a MUST have!
2. AP & AR experience.
6. Position will entail accounting functions as well as helping with Estimating Department
3. Willingness to learn new programs
4. Communication & willingness to work with customers & co-workers
5. Automotive mechanical/ Body shop background experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency (Google preferred)
- Positive friendly attitude with customer service mentality
- CCC One program experience is a plus
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Job responsibilities:
- Accounts payable / statement reconciliation
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Contact insurance companies and customers
- Data entry in CCC & QuickBooks
- Accept payments
- Communicate with various departments for timely repairs
- Work with Estimating Department
- Other duties as assigned
