What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forensic Litigation and Valuation Services Intern - Summer 2025 position at Weaver?
Position Summary
Weaver’s Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services team has an opportunity for a full-time intern for the Summer of 2025. This practice performs a wide range of valuations, provides support in quantifying economic damages in commercial disputes, leads general investigations and forensic audits, and provides Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption services.
A Weaver Intern is a resourceful self-starter who is able to complete tasks and solve problems with limited direction. We are looking for a bright individual with an interest in finance and the health care industry as well as a desire to assist in developing proprietary market research products.
Applicants should be able to work approximately 40 hours per week.
What we expect from you:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including creating advanced charts, graphs and databases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint to create sophisticated investor and industry presentations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fluid working environment
- Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
