We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. Days, evenings amd weekend shifts available. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items, including culinary specials and wine pairings.
- Utilize POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash register transactions, ensuring accurate math calculations for guest bills.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
