Position Overview :
At weavix, the key to our growth is a high-performing Engineering team creating products and solutions that the world is asking for. We are seeking a qualified wireless engineer to, develop and ensure our customers experience reliable and robust products, service and solutions. As the primary engineer for all things wireless, you will be experienced and passionate about wireless standards, such as LTE, 5G, LORA, DECT, NFC and GPS. We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented, quality focused engineer who understands digital communications. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that weavix can grow as fast as possible, while keeping the product as useable and refined as possible.
What We're Looking For :
We are seeking a driven and strategic individual focused on building and maintaining our digital wireless communications on our devices. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing our next generation device, with 5G, LORA and DECT radios, and creating mesh networks to ensure that our devices can communicate with each other and cloud services, seamlessly. You will be proficient in using tools to provide to analyze network traffic, reduce latency, and keep battery performance to a maximum.

Objectives of This Role :
- Develop our next generation digital wireless devices, with 5G, LORA & DECT radios
- Improve and maintain our existing LTE, NFC and GPS radio services
- Implement localization features to track our devices in geofenced areas
- Implement mesh communication technologies across all of our communication radios.
