Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company database.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of outstanding issues.
Assist in training new call center staff and provide ongoing support to team members.
High school diploma or equivalent.
