The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to maintain a positive relationship between them and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, complaints, and technical issues in a timely manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring correct documentation and updates to customer accounts.
Manage and resolve customer complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.
Document customer interactions, issue resolutions, and feedback in the customer service system.
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response times and satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate to higher management when necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
