Key Responsibilities :
- Own and optimize our CRM to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and support sales operations
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to enhance efficiency and data visibility
- Train and support the sales team on CRM best practices to ensure accuracy of pipeline data
- Collaborate with sales leadership to implement tools and playbooks to support the sales team
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as pipeline health, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), annual recurring revenue (ARR) etc.
- Support sales forecasting processes by analyzing pipeline data, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to leadership.
- Streamline workflows between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment.
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and alignment on sales performance metrics
