About the Role :
We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of high-performance web and desktop applications while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and real-time communication efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that power our core products. Your expertise in React, Vite, Electron, WebSockets, and MQTT will be critical in building real-time, responsive applications, while your knowledge of CI / CD, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure will help streamline our deployment processes. Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using React, Vite, and Electron.
- Optimize and implement real-time communication systems using WebSockets and MQTT.
- Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring automated testing and smooth deployments.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests using Cypress to ensure code reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, sharing best practices and improving overall code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and workflows.
