Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. This is what you bring to us:
- Results-oriented team player - Excellent attendance - High energy level - Good attention to detail
- Able to work required hours and mandatory overtime; up to 12 hr shifts - 7-day work week (if necessary)
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours - Able to lift up to 35lbs or more - Stable work history
- Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to be cross-trained on various processes, machines, and products
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines
- Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics
- Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
- Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures. Involvement in continuous improvement process
