Production Operator

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines. Removal of products from the machines and assembly of components. Monitoring of processes and inspection of quality/safety characteristics. Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures. Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures. Involvement in continuous improvement processes. Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines, and products.
