Responsibilities
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure appropriate documentation and approval before processing payments
- Research and address inquiries related to accounts receivable and payable, communicating with vendors and customers to resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile AP/AR accounts and other assigned schedules, including floorplan reconciliations and daily cash/credit card deposits
- Follow up on aged accounts receivables to ensure timely resolution \
- Perform end-of-month procedures and generate monthly vendor statements
- Process warranty cancellations and maintain records for W9s, Sales Tax Exempt forms, and 1099s for year-end reporting
- Accurately receive and record customer payments (cash, checks, credit cards)
- Organize, file, and scan documents into the Dealership Management System (DMS)
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and efficient demeanor with all customers and team members
- Assist Managers with various clerical duties and other projects as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detail-oriented
- Can-do attitude with ability to work independently within a team environment
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable procedures a plus
- Previous Dealership experience desirable
- Competitive pay at $15-20/hour
