Position Overview :
We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who is driven to offer top-notch support to the customers of Webb Automotive Group. The ideal candidate should radiate a welcoming demeanor, possess a proactive problem-solving ability, and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively schedule service appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and managing leads.
- Engage with both service and sales customers for future appointments, ensuring retention and fostering a strong connection between the service department and the client.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Service Advisors and Service Managers to meet and surpass team objectives.
- Address customer queries related to service tasks professionally, directing them to Service Advisors when necessary.
- Consistently record and monitor set appointments using CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Commit to achieving monthly and quarterly call and appointment targets, while nurturing customer relationships.
