Job Role
The Integration Specialist role is responsible for assisting with the connection and integration strategy for all Marketing technology. Working closely with Technical Program Manager, the TPS will lead Marketing Proof of Concepts, based on stakeholder use cases. The candidate for this position will have excellent customer focus, application/system development, familiarity with Marketing application & technology platforms (Analytics, Demand/Lead Generation, Partner/Channel, Web) that support a Digital culture.
Job Requirements
Technical vision – Ability to learn, translate, and develop application uses and customer use cases into actionable integrations and proof of concepts for evaluation. The SI will Identify, communicate and provide guidance to business owners and/or development teams for implementation of application(s) in a standalone or integrated across the MarTech ecosystem.
Organization skills – We are responsible for multiple work streams across several lines of business. Using the Agile methodology combined with technology, we are accountable to our commitments and use feedback as a continuous improvement mechanism
Communication skills – We operate as a center of excellence and start and remain as the hub of engagement as it relates to technology throughout Marketing. Timely and informative communication is the foundation of our team and helps our stakeholders stay in the know
Additional Requirements
· Technical implementation recommendations for MarTech, based on organizational needs/business requirements
· Coauthor the technical implementation with the Technical Program Manager for assigned programs
· Perform integrations of MarTech applications with Marketing systems and assist with Proof of Concepts for non-marketing systems
· Develop and maintain system integration blueprint
· Stay on top of shifting tech trends and proactively evaluate new capabilities/products
· Relationship management with IT, business owners, and vendors
· Technical training for developers and system integrations on implementations of new or existing MarTech
· Understanding of application and tool effectiveness, user engagement, and business value
· Data privacy and security compliance of tools worldwide
· Agile scrum methodology and process
Technical Skills
The System Integrator will need to have a well-rounded set of technical development knowledge. Successful candidates will have a good foundation of application development and being able to integrate technology using multiple programing languages and endpoints. Key
· Application Program Interface (API): REST, SOA
· Full stack web development: HTML, JavaScript, C#, Python, MVC
· Database technologies: SQL, MySQL
· Analytics and reporting platforms: Adobe, Google, Tableau, CaliberMind
· Mobile application development is a plus
Education
· Bachelor of Arts, Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Web Development, or other relevant technical discipline
· A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience is required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
