Premier Culinary Solutions is looking to hire a Bookkeeper. Primary responsibilities include using various software tools including Acumatica ERP to generate invoices, reconcile purchase orders with invoices, input payable expenses, make payments to vendors, and generating reports, as well as assisting senior management with other various projects. We would be happy to teach and train a dependable and enthusiastic candidate with a background in bookkeeping.
The position is part-time work in the office and the candidate would be based in Anaheim.
Required Qualifications/Skills
· Detail-oriented, organized, consistent and dependable
· Bookkeeping, finance, accounting background
· Experience with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Excel)
· Analytica, data-driven mindset; good with numbers and spreadsheets
· Obsessive focus on timelines, deliverables and client satisfaction
· Enthusiastic about learning new skills and software systems
· Optimistic and upbeat
· Capable of working independently and interacting with other team members
The Ideal Candidate Might Also Have:
· Experience with Acumatica
· Experience in construction industry
· Strong spreadsheet skills
· Experience in project tracking
· 3-4 years of proven experience
· Self-Starter comfortable working independently
· Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
