We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Part Time Client Success Specialist to join our team at Webb Property Inspections. As a Client Success Specialist, you will manage the full client journey from inquiry to post inspection needs. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Our ideal candidate is coachable, naturally empathetic, has excellent communication and time management skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has real estate industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact to develop and maintain relationships with clients and agents
- Provide compassion and expertise to new and repeat clients or agents to assist them in reaching their inspection goals
- Maintain an agent book of business where you're responsible for agent health and repeat business.
- Ensure clients get fast time-to-value and are engaged with the process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
Requirements:
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Cell phone, internet, and computer
- Organizational and process skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred
- Be a problem solver and advocate for clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
