Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and or commercial properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or defects
- Inspect various systems and components of the structure or home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and structural elements, among others
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform inspections and accurately document findings
- Prepare detailed inspection reports that clearly outline any observed deficiencies or concerns
- Communicate inspection findings to clients in a professional and informative manner
- Provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance based on inspection results
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance during inspections
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid and current (or currently working towards) a state Home Inspector's license
- Must be able to stand, crawl, walk, climb, and lift 25 pounds
- Cell phone with data plan and willingness to learn how to operate a drone (if interested)
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects
- Clean background (federal and state) and fingerprints (dependant on the state)
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey inspection findings to clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, general liability insurance, reliable transportation and any other requirements in your specific state

This job is excellent for employees who want to make the most of their time. You will get paid per job completed. This allows you to do 0-3 inspections per day. This depends on your availability and needs. This can be perfect as a part time job.
