Retail Flooring Sales Specialist/Associate
Work with Customers and/or interior designers to provide choices and quotes for flooring productions and installation. Provide recommendations and information on product selections. Serve existing accounts to ensure products are being ordered and installations are scheduled and completed. Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Sales Associate must be able to:
- Have Good Customer Service
- Quick Learner of Product Information
- Must be able to recognize all steps of a sale
- Must be able to enter sales into flooring software
- Must be able to properly close a sale
- Experience in ordering product online or by phone
- Computer skills and experience working with Point of Sale program
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience with Flooring Software is a plus.
Salary & Commission Structure Negotiable
