Inventory Specialist

Shipping Customer Replacement Orders

• Use and maintain multiple spreadsheets
  • Ensure all logs are done timely and accurately
• Accurately pull all needed products for customer replacements
• Adequately pack small shipments
• Accurately create multiple labels and ship multiple small packages to specific customers

Create Assemblies

• Print & ensure accuracy of multiple task sheets
• Print & ensure accuracy of multiple labels for various products
• Ensure all sheets and labels are ready for departments in a timely manner

Sort Small Parcel Shipments

• Scan in & sort multiple incoming shipments into various “categories”
• Ensure all mail is sorted on a daily basis
• Stage in correct areas
• Communicate pick up needs to corresponding staff

Processing Amazon Removal Orders

• Maintain various spreadsheets
• Determine product conditions & accurately log all damages
• Prepare products to be received back into the warehouse
• Bin products to warehouse

Tracking Warehouse Damages / Write Offs

• Maintain various spreadsheets
• Log all damages received from fulfillment departments
• Ensure replacement shipment parts are recorded accurately

Completing Put-Away

• Ensure all “over-pull” product is binned accurately and in a timely manner
• Bin all sample returns to the warehouse accurately and in a timely manner
• Update all corresponding spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner

Cross Train in other positions & Departments

• Train to standard in other roles & departments as assigned by Management

ALL Other Duties & Tasks Assigned by Management

Organizational Skills:

Maintaining an organized warehouse environment and inventory records is crucial.

Attention to Detail:

Accurate tracking of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing products.

Physical Stamina:

Warehouse work can involve standing, walking, and lifting.

Math Skills:

Basic math skills are needed for tasks like calculating inventory quantities and performing inventory counts.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication with team members and other departments is essential.

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with inventory tracking systems. This includes the ability to navigate and maintain spreadsheets.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies or shortages is a key part of the job.

Must have the Ability to Lift up to 45 lbs. Repeatedly (Team Lift 46lbs )

Must be able to work in both extreme hot and cold temperatures
