Fast-paced Kitchen & Bath Showroom looking for a Design & Personal assistant in our Watkinsville, GA location
Full time position 36 hours per week. Candidate is expected to work Monday-Thursday 7 : 00am – 4 : 30pm and reports to our Lead Designer. Job begins with a 6 week trial period
Compensation based on experience. Benefits package includes Medical and Dental Insurance, 401K, Short / Long Term Disability, Paid Time Off and more. Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle. Opportunities available to attend CEU events and trade shows.
Duties :
- Coordinating and creating detailed plans and drawings for the designer– including drawing and revisions, pulling appliance specifications and ordering product
- Maintain extremely well-organized files and calendar at all times
- Respond to issues brought up by customers, designers, and others with respect, kindness, and in an appropriate and timely manner
- Work as a team with fellow employees to ensure the customer receives the best service possible
- Follow all company procedures at all times
- Answer questions regarding the business and product.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Ideal candidate would have some experience in kitchen & bath design and construction. The candidate must be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multi-tasking with considerable detail orientation. The candidate should enjoy working with and serving others, professional in appearance, tactful, courteous and responsive. Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD required. Negative drug test required.
