Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
The Project Manager is the cornerstone of our construction projects, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously planned and executed. You will take ownership of the project P&L and be responsible for the successful completion of highway and bridge construction projects. Your role involves maintaining a "Safety First" attitude, managing personnel, and fostering positive communication with client representative. You will be in the field regularly, overseeing daily activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
What You Will Do:
Ensure a "Safety First" attitude and maintain positive communication with clients.
Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, while anticipating and resolving conflicts.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensure optimal project progression.
Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Who You Are: A Profile of Success
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50M.
Proficient in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
