WEBBY Dance Company is looking for a dedicated and efficient individual who possesses strong organizational, leadership and administrative skills to take on the roles as the Office Assistant for our company.
We offer flexible scheduling allows to find days and times that work with you. Operational hours are during the daytime. The office assistant will work along with the owner and other office staff to support in daily operations.
Responsibilities can include:
- Supporting the owner and office staff in day-to-day operations.
- Helping in moving along projects and tasks along the timeline given.
-Helping with communication, answering questions and providing information to schools and families.
- Occasionally working in the field providing support to instructors and schools.
- Provides excellent communication and customer service and support.
-Perform administrative tasks such as printing and organizing files.
-Must have a strong knowledge of Canva and adhering to the WEBBY Dance Company brand.
- Must be willing to learn our operating systems such as Microsoft, Google and Jackrabbit Dance.
Qualifications:
-Experience in Administrative experience field
-Must have a current driver’s license and a car
-Background check required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
